So when i got my first bill in October 2014. for 42$ the bill said dont be surprised by the amount of your first bill. it includes the activation fee plus the next month in advance.
Now December 2014 i get a bill for a 100$. I go to my account summary and apparently i got billed for November 2014. For 42$ . When i signed up there was a deal for 20$ a month....I shouldnt have gotten billed in November. What should i do? Am i in the wrong? Or is koodo?

Not sure if there's a misunderstanding but all carriers bill one month in advance. So you're first bill is your monthly plan billed in advance AND for the date you activated up to you invoice date. Did you pay your October bill or maybe when you paid it it didn't make the cut off to appear on your November bill.
Also, Koodo does not charge activation fees and am not aware of any $20 plans. Can I ask where you bought/activated your services?
Wow boutique in the mall , there was a deal for 20 $a month for unlimited texting andfree calls after 6

You get a bill every month. If you got billed in October 2014, then you should have gotten a bill in November 2014 and then in December 2014.

If you didn't pay (or there was an error in payment) your bill then it gets carried over to the next bill.

Look at the details on all 3 bills.

How did you pay your bills.

In other words: in october you were billed for November. In November you were billed for December and in December you are billed for January.
