Why am I a second party to MY account?

I changed my email address. but now I have zero access to billing or account info. it says I need permission from admiinistrator, which I am assuming is me with my old email. unfortunatley, that one is no longer used, so permission cannot be gotten. why is it doing this and how can it be fixed? this?

Sounds like you are now set up as an account manager instead of owner, due to changing of email address. You can call Koodo to get this corrected.

It sounds like instead of signing into your self serve account using the old email as a username and just changing your email you tried to create a whole new login. An account can only have one owner. Just sign in with your old email address and password. There is an option to change your email.
