Here I'll do you a favour John and link to the supposed impolite response by myself https://console.getsatisfaction.com/k...

I'll even bring it to attention of koodo official reps directly

Hmm I tried numerous times it goes to a log in screen and one I log in it says logged in and nothing else, this is the kind of answer you have it works for me? That is why I am upset about the other answer I may be technology challenged and instead of helping it seems you try to make me look like a dummy I would appreciate some help as I don't seem to have your knowledge.

It may be because I'm a community manager and you are not I'm not sure but Koodo will be able to see it if it is I don't have time to test right now I gotta get to the airport. If not solved by the time I get back I will test it then.

Thanks dfbutt :) Now anybody who has a problem with anything said in that thread can report it to the Koodo staff if they so desire. I think this discussion can now officially be declared closed, since I believe the question has been answered below.

IMHO, it's usually more productive to keep a thread alive with further research and attract other comment. No more contributions leads to a dead issue.

Telling someone to move along does not help.

That's not how we do things in this community, if your having the same issue and don't find a solution then ask the question yourself in a new post.

I have done that. That post that I answered was in current questions. Who tags the questions as answered.

You need to be looking for "Questions that need answers" not "recent" , it's only recent because Bob stuck his two cents in on an old post like he keeps doing nomatter how many times he'd told not to by the many mobile Masters. It does nothing but cause us all a headache with emails that we don't know if we need to respond to or not until we open them and see if its a question that's been answered already or not. It's a boy who cried wolf type scenario and causes people who actually need answers to not get their answer.
We don't get paid to help out on the community we do so because we love mobile devices and and have knowledge on the subject and do this out of the kindness of our hearts. It's very frustrating when we get people who we try to steer in the direction we do things and they don't listen to our info on how things are done and we get a mass of emails we have to go through to try to follow up on questions that actually need an answer not somebody adding to a question that has already been answered.

The fact is we still have this problem with our phones and you are just trying to minimize it and we are not happy maybe you have been a mobile master too long and need to also move along, I find it very dissatisfied that you have to belittle us I have not seen any helpful comments or concerns from you. Get off you pedestal and be nice or as I said before just listen and quit trying to build up your profile by adding un-useful answers.

Hi John,

To answer your original question "who monitors the Masters"? Nobody does. We volunteer our time and were picked for GENERALLY being helpful, polite and active. If we stop being GENERALLY helpful, polite and active, we will lose our Mobile Master status eventually.

If you do have a problem with a statement one of us makes, you are absolutely free to use the "No no" form http://fanpage.koodomobile.com/commun... and report the person. Then the Koodo staff will deal with it accordingly, and most probably behind the scenes, just like they do with any other reported post.

Hope this answers your question.
