This was for a single billing cycle and it's a single 10 dollar charge? Could very well be if you kept it under 100 texts of 160 characters each. Billing disputes must be resolved by speaking with a rep so you can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and it will be sorted out. Be aware that the current wait time to get a response is 24-36 hours. But you've got time for billing disputes.
