who can help with a rep giving wrong info? also wrong plan

Been with koodo for 5 years plus. Just bought 2 new phones, cases glass protectors and got upgraded plans. Logged on to my account today and there is no data on one at all! When I called koodo they said the plan I thought I had was $15 per month more. The other thing is the store rep where I bought the phones said he couldn't print the paper copy for this line and handwrote some details and said I could find my bills online. I am so mad! I was expecting to get what he said I would get.

hi Paul,
Where did you upgrade? at a Koodo kiosk or a third party store? If you had some detail that was written on the paper by the rep, you could come back to that place and ask them to honor the deal.

In any case, you have 15 days of return and refund. I would track down whoever did the upgrade for you first (or his/her manager). Once you got their reply you could either escalate higher or return/refund.

By the way, what was the plan?

Bought them at Superstore. Yeah...I think I will go back there. He didn't give me all the paperwork for the second phone. I initialed a copy for him that he handwrote on. This sounds bad. I should have insisted on the hard copy...It was supposed to have 1gb and 500 minutes. $45. small tab. It only has the minutes. The other phone has 1gb and 500 minutes med tab ...

If you bought it at superstore, the mobileshop was properly the one. They are a third party vendor.
And Yes, I would suggest you go back there and ask them to explain the detail.

Before you go back, do the proper research on the koodo website about the plans you want.  This way there is less room for error and you get what you expect
