Cancelled service day before billing cycle began. Was told, "you should have cancelled yesterday!". Whatever...got a bill for $36.00 paid it. Went to a kiosk and they claimed it was owed still not a Balance owing to me. Called Koodo. They agreed to send out a check within 8 weeks. Waited 9 weeks no check. Called, they claimed the check had been issued. I never received it. Called back later "we are investigating and will be in touch. Never heard from them again. I just came across the card with the phone number again. It has been 9 months now that you have held my $36 where is my refund cheque???????? Hell of a way to do business.
