Where is the 'submit' button to complete an online phone purchase?

Hello all.  I'm trying to buy a phone online through Koodo's (this) site but am unable to complete the transaction because there seems to be no way to 'submit' the order once the phone has been added to the shopping cart. 

Possibly bearing on the issue is that I didn't have a credit card registered with Koodo. That's changed: I've configured automatic billing and registered a credit card. Do I have to wait for a complete automatic billing cycle  before my credit card is recognized and an online phone purchase can be completed?

You pick a phone and add to cart. Then you have to pick a plan and add to cart. Then click on check out. Confirm shipping address and hit next. Enter credit card info and hit submit. Then hit place order.

At what step are you not able to continue the purchase?

Doh. Thank you, that did it. Since the phone to be purchased is to be used with my current plan I thought I could just buy the phone without concerning myself with reaffirming my plan status. As it was I just added my current plan and that allowed me to proceed.
