Where is my phone?

Please, Could somebody help me to trace my new phone?

I placed my order on November 18, I ordered a LG G4 using the web page. The confirmation Order #  is HFO16486090. I have been trying to reach the web store client support, but it has been impossible and they haven't response my voice messages.

I noticed that the phone was returned to the sender: 2001691504230043, but the address is correct.

I will appreciate any help with this.

The webstore is kind of separate in customer support. You can try emailing them or calling during their work hours about what's going on.

They do not answer the phone either the voice messages.

Hey German - not sure if you were able to connect with someone yet, but I just heard back from the web store team. The order was processed as a returned item because it was undeliverable – Looks like you may live in an apartment? If so, no unit # was indicated in the order and that's likely the reason for this. Unfortunately, since it's been processed as a return, a new order will be required.
