Who do I have to get in contact with to get a straight answer? I have been waiting on my phone for 3 months now, and it still hasn't shown up. It was supposed to be delivered August 14th. Canada Post has admitted to losing my phone, but will not do anything about it until Koodo puts in a complaint. It was done on my behalf once already, Canada Post closed it 20 days later with absolutely no action. I'm pissed off beyond belief, I'm paying for services I can't even use (my current phone can't connect to the internet but I have data on my current plan), I'm paying for a phone on the tab that I haven't even seen yet. I don't care what has to be done anymore, I just want my new phone.

You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter and reference what you did in this thread and it should be followed up on.

Seems like comments are being deleted. I have read what the comments have said, they got sent to my email with copies of everything written. If I can't get a straight answer from somebody either on the phone or on facebook, here, anything. I'm going into the closest Koodo kiosk and screaming my head off until I get my phone.

I don't think anything has been deleted here? Maybe if I checked my emails thoroughly but did you try sending a message via Facebook? It's their preferred method of contact.

@ Ryan, about a month ago you called us (on Oct 10th)  to report not receiving your phone you ordered. We have notified Canada Post and ticket was created by them to investigate. At the time they said they would be in contact with you in 3-5 business days. I gather that never happened? Do you still have the ticket number? If yes, can you pls contact Canada Post since we can't do anything about their investigation. Let us know what the outcome is and we will try to escalate with them if there is no change in the status. Contact us via Facebook private message (need to validate your account) as that way your contact is tracked in our system. A Koodo store will be unable to help I.m afraid.

Posts do get deleted on a frequent basis for many reasons. When personal info is shared here, misuse, aged threads etc.

I sent a message on facebook two days ago already, exact same message as what I posted here. As for Canada Post, I've already gone back and asked them about the ticket that was opened by Koodo on my behalf. I have the printout from their computers that shows that it was opened October 10th at 11:04, and then closed October 30th at 12:13 with absolutely no action. Canada Post refuses to take any action without an open or active ticket, and they aren't doing anything with the ticket when it's open. I still have the ticket number for the first one that was opened.

Okay. Will have someone take a look. I think they responded back to you asking for some extra info. Heads up, this post is going to be archived not that you are in touch via Facebook.
