Where is my new iPhone 7?

Hey all, I ordered a new iPhone 7 on November 21st, and still haven't received a tracking number almost 2 months later. I held tight because of the busy Christmas season (which the mobile webstore team so graciously emailed me the same explanation, to which they said it should be shipped out end of December/beginning of January) but now this is getting ridiculous! Is there a massive back order or should I ask for my $700 back? My thick patience is wearing out!

Wow, I have never heard of a phone taking that long. Contact the webstore when they are open to find out what's going on. You could also send Koodo a Facebook PM tomorrow to see if they have any info.
