Where is my Iphone????

I ordered an Iphone more than 7 days ago and have literally heard nothing from Koodo..
Ive emailed twice and have called on my sisters phone but the wait was 40 minutes...
Legally there only 15 days to opt out of a contract.. so how am I supposed to do that if I don't
even have the phone to test out during this period...? Im super unimpressed and hope I hear from someone asap..

Same problem no one at Koodo seems to be able to help, idmcancel butnno one can help with that either

I would suggest you put the order number here so when an agent passed by he/she can check it for you. You could also ask koodo through their facebook.

You can put your order number here or send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter with it included to find out what's going on. As for the 15 day return period, Koodo generally mak- an exception if it takes an unusually long time to receive in the mail.
Thank you guys! It's Order #HFO18654205 and sadly it's been radio silence since Sept 9- no notice of back order and I don't even have a registered account to sign into yet. It's an IPhone 6S

I ordered a iPhone 6s on the 5th and nothing from Koodo. Have had to spend most of today phoning, typing and tweeting, not able to get their attention for a simple matter like a status check on an order.
Buying my daughter her first phone, she is also getting a lesson in how poor customer service is at mobile phone companies.
