Where is "International Pay Per Use" . NOT a feature on my phone service add on !

My phone will not work in UK. I have followed the instructions meticulously. There is NO Feature on my phone services addons called "international pay per use".  I have activated International roaming. 

What needs to be done ??

If you have just activated roaming, you may need to re-boot the phone to re-initialize your network connection.

Thanks very much, will do. However, according to the instructions, I need to activate "international Pay per use" and there is no such service on the the Add Ons page of the website.

If you are abroad and take advantage of the roaming possibility, all your calls are going to be "Pay per use" and that "pay" word  has a precise meaning since roaming is very expensive.

Thanks very much for your answer, however, what I am struggling with is the fact that the website instructions very clearly state that I have *enable* Pay Per Use, and yet there is no such feature.

I check the website and I could not even fino that option, so I cannot help you. You are better off calling *611 and ask an agent to explain you what is going on.

Pay per user international calling should be enabled by default on nearly all accounts. If you don't see it as an add on, it is likely because you already have it enabled.

Hi Chad - I called Koodo in the end, and indeed International PPU add on is not featured on the website. Their web instructions are out of date. When you call them, they try to sell you a 1 month package rather than the PPU.  But it is all sorted now, and it's working on my wifes phone ( MotoG) and she is in the UK.
