Your contact will end when you decided to leave.
You can cancel your service anytime you want. You just need to pay off your Tab and any overage charges.
Check your self service and you will see your Tab balance.

Uhhhhh. Are you being sarcastic, Mayumi?

Ronald, it's most likely under billing in self-serve.

What part am I being sarcastic?
Koodo's contract doesn't expires.
Your Tab will be paid off or cleared at some point that's why I said "Check your self service and you will see your Tab balance".

Add : I never sarcastic. My English is not that good.

Thanks to both of you (Ahmad & Mayumi) - I see my start date and 3yrs would make my contract up Dec - 2015. and I can live with that, even though I rarely use my phone (I'm 70 yrs of age) - I pay 35.00/month and very seldom use it. My Daughter's bought it for me when I took a heart attack. I can use the 35.00 on medication. Thanks to both of you again. (Mayumi - I never felt you were being sarcastic.

Hi Ron.
How much tab do you have left?
If you don't use your phone a lot, Koodo has "Prepaid plans". $15 plan give you unlimited text and you can add "talk booster" which doesn't expired as long as you renew your base plan.
You would need to pay off your current tab to switch to prepaid, but you might want to consider to save some money. Everyone's needs are different, so I'll attach a link about prepaid so you can check it out with your daughter.

And thank you mentioning about how you felt. My English confuse people sometimes, but I just want to trying to help. :)
