Where do I go to change my sim card number??

I recently bought a nano sim card on Koodo to put in my unlocked iPhone but I can't figure out where to go on the website to change the sim card number for my account??

Your I phone has a little door on the side of the phone is the box it comes witha special tool to open the key when you open it you will be able to change the sims

Alternatively, you can give Koodo a call and they can update this for you.

Thanks Peter! I understand how to log into prepaid self-serve, I'm just confused where I go on that part of the site to change the sim card for my account... any ideas??

Hi Amy,

Once logged into Koodo Self Serve, (prepaid) click on the Base Plan and Boosters tab, then click on the tab 'Change SIM Card'. Enter the SIM number from your SIM card in the box provided and click Submit.

Note: For postpaid you have to go into Mobile Phone then select Change Phone then click New Sim card in my current phone then put in the new card number and follow the prompts in order to change the sim card.
