Where do I get my initial invoice for Phone purchase? Is not available on Self Serve.

I just signed up for Koodo and purchased a phone through the tab plan. There was an initial purchase of $123 and I would like to invoice for that for my records for work. It was not emailed to me and I can not download from the self serve page...how do I get a copy?

Hello Steve, 

If you purchased it in-store the invoice was given to you in paper. There's no record of that online.

Hey everyone thanks for response. I would hope there is a receipt Robert otherwise I can not claim my expense for my business.There is no error Sophia, but simply there is no invoice or receipt of my initial payment on the self serve page. I'll just give them a call to resolve.

Do you mean a final tab payment or initial payment for the device? Did you purchase the phone online or from a physical Koodo dealer or kiosk?

Steve, if you purchased the phone online you should receive a receipt in the mail with your phone. If you purchased it at a store you should have received some sort of receipt there.

Steve, a copy is emailed to you once the phone is activated. Typically by the time you receive it the physical phone.
