Where did my Saved Voice Mail Messages Go?

I have a Galaxy S7 and had 5 or 6 voice mail messages saved, that I may need for a harassment case. I went to retrieve them on the weekend and they are gone, but there is one REALLY old message in there that is completely irrelevant and not needed.
Is there any way to get the other ones back? (They just came in right around Christmas, or just after).

Voicemails are only on the system for 10 days.  I think they may last longer if you continually save them.  But there is also an option to recover deleted voicemails (menu 19).

If you are able to recover them, I suggest you use a call recording app to record the voicemail.  Maybe even upload a copy as a private video on youtube so it is easily accessible

You can only recover deleted messages before you exit the system, so unfortunately that won't work to get back old messages, I don't think there's a way once deleted and have hung up.

Hi RobertaS,
I think the 10days limit is for new or already-read (but not saved) messages. If you saved (hit 9) a message, it would last longer. I am not sure how long (14 or 30), but it is longer than 10.

If the message was important to you, I think you could try to call Koodo as soon as you possible, and see if they can revive it.
