Where did my $20 savings go? I saved nothing!

Where did my $20 savings go? When I signed up, I was told that I would receive $20 off for activation, making my first bill $35 instead of $55. I use prepaid, so when I activated my voucher I assumed that the $20 savings would be in my balance. But I didn’t save anything. there is no balance.

When you are logged in to your prepaid self serve click on view transaction history. You will see exactly what happened in there. If you don't see your $20 activation bonus under credits then you are going to have to call them and ask about it.
