WhenI delete texts messages there is a audible beep. It used to be silent. How do I get back the silent deletion of the texts

Hey Wanda,

I think the setting you're looking for is the Keypad tone. You can find it on your LG by going to "Settings," "Audio and Ringtones" and then "Keypad tone."

There you can set it to "Silent."

I followed your instructions and I still get the sound when I delete either from the draft or inbox or sent. I used to be able to delete silently. I would like the silence back as I use my phone at the office and need to delete in silence

How about go to setting > Sound > Ringers > Meeting/silent mode "On".

I go to settings but I do not have sound, ringers, meeting mode choices. The choice I have in settings is. Audio & ringtones, phone settings, display, call connection,memory,application settings and in these choices none of what you mentioned is in any of them
