1. My plan fee everymonth is 25$. I want to ask when will it stop.
2. Before I lived in Kamloops but right now I am living in Vancouver. So i want to change my phone number in order that not paying long distance charge. How can I do?

What do you mean when will your plan stop exactly?

You can change your # by logging into your self serve account and click on mobile phone, there will then be an option there to change your #.

I want to ask Koodo when Koodo cancel my fee monthly 25$.Or I see Koodo offer ends June 3 2013. What does it mean?

It just means that you can only get that plan till June 3rd after that it won't be available. If you have that plan you'll have it as long as you want, so until you choose to get a different plan or until you cancel your service with koodo.

Exactly what Paul said.

The promotional plans are only available to activate until June 3rd.

But as with any plan with Koodo, once you sign up for it you will keep that plan until you either change the plan or cancel your service.

I want to choose to get a different plan replace my old plan 25$. It won't be available in June 3rd, And limited time (offer ends) new plan. How can I do? Please help me!

Call *611 X5 and let them change it for your next billing cycle before June 3rd.

Just log into Self Serve and change to the other plan you want before June 3rd.

The easiest way to change your plan is via the Self serve site. You can go on there, Click "View Plan" then you can click "Change your plan". From there you can change to any Koodo plan that is currently available.

When you change the plan, make sure you look at what your current plan has as well as what you will get. There could be no difference in price, but the features may be different, once the plan is changed, you will not be able to get the old plan back if it is no longer available.

Hi, Everyboby

I've just logged in self-serve by enter my email and my passwowd. But I can not log. Before I can not log into self-serve site many times. I don't know why. I sign up Koodo from January but I don't receive my billing at home. I just know my fee monthly messenge from Koodo. Koodo don't send my billing by mail. I don't know my mistake with Koodo. Please help me:
1. How can I log into self-serve sothat I change my old plan not available on June 3rd
2. How can I receive my billing every month at home.

If you are unable to log into Self Serve, give Koodo a call at 18669956636 from a landline or *611 from your cell phone. They will be able to help you fix the Self Serve issue and guide you how to change your plan. If, for some reason, Self Serve still will not work, the agent can change your plan for you at no charge since you have been trying to do it in Self Serve and it is not working. As for the bill issue, you can request the agent to change the bill method to paper bills which is $2 per month. That change will take one bill cycle to take effect. Once Self Serve is working, you can change the bill method in Self Serve as well.

Hi Luat, just to add more information to what Tyle has shared with you already. Keep in mind that self serve tends to work better with mozilla fire fox or internet explorer, as this might be the reason of why you cannot successfully log in at all times. As well you can dial *611 and by reaching customer service representative he/she can direct to your email address a registration e-mail which will basically will simplify your registration. Remember that once you are logged in, your bills will be stored within the "Billing" section and thereafter by clicking into the "VIEW E-BILL" option. The bills are viewable via a PDF file so make sure to have such program installed in your computer. As a quick tip, your electronic bills are not going to be send to you directly to your email address, Koodo will only send you a notification and a brief information about your bill but never the bill itself, for you to be able to see your actual bill you will have to follow the steps that most of our peers have already shared with you, which is thru self serve. Hope this helps :)!
