I have transferred my services from PublicMobile to Koodo, and i was assured that my remaining fund in PublicMobile will be transferred to Koodo account after 2 to 3 billing cycle. Its my 5th Billing (From March up to today) but i did not see my fund from Publicmobile into Koodo account.
Divyesh, I'm not sure who told you that, but PM balances do NOT transfer over to Koodo via the migration offers. Given how long ago you migrated, I think your migration offer probably included a $100 Koodo bill credit, right? The purpose of that credit was to compensate for any loss of pre-paid service or available balance credit you may have had a Public Mobile.
If you had a positive Available Funds balance in your Public Mobile account, and you have a friend or family member using Public Mobile still, you could send the moderator team a private message via the Public Mobile community and ask them if they can transfer that available funds balance to your friend/family member. Otherwise, it is gone for good.
If all you had was some days left on your 30 or 90 day cycle you were on at the time of your migration, unfortunately you get no compensation for that beyond the $100 bill credit (if that was part of your migration offer, of course--not all the offers have that, particularly the newer ones).
