I've been unable to wait long enough for someone to pick up the phone at Koodo to remove roaming from my bill. I had added USA roaming for November for a four day trip but it's still on my December bill, as well.
how long did you wait OP? I was on hold for more than an hour. Trying to do the same thing. I’ve never had an issue calling Koodo support ever. Why can’t they simply call me back in the order the calls were received? Come on Koodo don’t do this.
