When should I get an updated bill invoice

My last cycle ended August 13th and we usually get an email or text by the 16th stating our new bill however it is the 18 and still nothing and on the self serve it still just shows invoice from last month. However today it is now showing the bill amounts due for the new bill but not the proper invoice. How can I get the new invoice or should it be taking this long to get notification that the new bill amount is ready?

Hi Jennifer, Koodo is aware of the issue and are fixing it right now so just log into your self serve account and keep checking back it will be there at some point soon.

Bernard, no I am not able to see the new invoice bill it is just showing Jun 14-Jul 13, 2017 still waiting for Jul 14- Aug 13, 2017

Hey Jennifer, your August 13 bill is ready to view in Self Serve.  You'll notice that your balance is in a credit position and don't need to pay this month.
