when I went to pay my bill on line they say I have the wrong account number. I put in the # from my bill.

I am trying to pay my daughter's phone xxx-xxx-xxxx, which is in my name on line thru my Vancity Credit Union account. They say I have the wrong account number which is Account #xxxxxxxx. What am I doing wrong?

That's the right account number associated with that phone number. And your name is on the account too. Maybe just log into your Koodo account on your phone and show them. Also, sometime banks want an extra digits. Try a zero in front.
