When I try to use "Self Serve" either the page is blocked, or expired.What is this?

"Page Not Found" Whenever I try go through the maze. If I phone, it will cost me $10.00 more.
Hmmm...Perhaps I answered my own question. Shame on you!

Are you a prepaid or monthly customer? Both are working for me, try clearing your browsers' cache.

clear cache and possible restart your browser. Mine seems to be working as well.
