When I try to log in to Koodo self-serve, I get a "Page Expired" or "404 Page not found" error.

My bill is overdue but I have been trying for a while to log in to Koodo site and it won't let me. I keep getting a "Page not found" or "Page Expired" message. Very frustrating.

Have you tried paying via the app? It worked for me! You're not the only one having problems
