When I try logging in to the account it says the email is invalid, but when I try to set up an account it says my number is already activate

I was activating a prepaid account and closed the tab before it was totally completed. Now when I try to reactivate the number it says I already have an account made, but when I try logging in to the account it says the email is invalid.

Hey Peter! Can you make sure that you're trying to log into the prepaid and not postpaid Koodo self-serve? Is your phone currently working? Let us know!

I think I am unable to activate the prepaid account because the original monthly account is still active. Is there an easy way to cancel a monthly account with koodo?
