When I switched from postpaid to prepaid, I left a $10 credit in my old account. Now Koodo sends me a statement each month showing the $10 credit. How do I get the $10 credited to my new prepaid account?
You will need to contact Koodo and have them mail you a cheque for the credit amount. You may be able to get them to put it onto your prepaid account to fill the computer system allows it. Call customer service by dialing *611 from your mobile device
