When I access my account online it says I have a zero balance. However, I know I have a balance

I don't get bills in the mail and I can't find info on the website after I logon. I know I have an outstanding amount due as I get text messages on my phone.

What does your self service say under "view my bill"?

@Michael At the end of May when you activated with us you were sent an email to validate your self serve account so you could log in an manage your account. Looks like you haven't done that. Pls look back in your emails and validate your account. We do not provide paper bills. Everything is managed online. For now you can dial 611 from your phone and pay  via that as you are right there is past due amount.
