when clicking let's do it, I get a "it should not happen" message. How can I complete my transaction on line?

Trying to check out with new phone and new plan. I agree to changes to plan but when clicking let's do it, I get a "it should not happen" message. How can I complete my transaction on line?

That's all the message says? And you're prevented from closing the transaction?

Are you logged in prior to starting your transaction.  Are you getting the phone on Tab L?

You can try clearing browser cache and doing it in a private/incognito tab. If that doesn't work then you'll probably have to contact Koodo directly to get the transaction completed.

Can you try with a different device and internet conneciton?

It seems it has to do with the negative tab offer
