When am I suppose to get my bill ?

Hi !
My bill cycle is supposed to be reset on the 27th of each month which is today for November. I saw on self-serve that my data has been reset and everything but my new bill does not appear. Is that normal ?

It is usually posted to the billing site 3 - 5 days after the end of your cycle.

Request to pay the tab before your bill comes. If you wait for your bill to arrive, then request to pay your tab, your tab balance will be put on your next bill.

Yes I did it last month it'll be  put on thes bill when i get the sms in 3 - 5 days form now

@J Doyle You received your SMS notification in April on the 13th. May should be the same and that is the one that you will have the TAB amount on.

Only a few days lol??  Good deals to be had right now with plans and ordering a phone. Throw in the referral credits and its even better. Although they just dropped back down to $25 instead of $50.

For future reference, even if you have a tab you can still order a phone. When going through the order process it will ask you to pay your tab. You agree to it and your new phone order will go through.

My bill now appears in self serve but I haven't received any email nor text message. Also, I have pre authorized payment and I looked at my account, it hasn't been debited yet. Is it normal ? I really don't want to end up with late fees.

If I recall, IF this is your first bill you may have to pay it manually, and automatic debits will occur from then on. Also I believe Automatic Debits occur about 15 days before your bill has to be paid, so you can check back in a week or so, and see if the transaction has occurred, and still have 10 days to make any adjustments.

There are 21 days  between the end of your billing period and your due date, so there's lots of time to see what happens.

When you say my first bill, does this mean my first bill ever on this plan or my first bill after setting the pre authorized payments ?

It's not my first bill, it's my second one... But thanks yeah I'm gonna wait a bit, hope it goes back to normal.
