You can pay your bill through online banking too.Vvisit your online bank account and add Koodo as a payee. (It usually takes 3 - 5 business days for banking payment to take place)

I am a TD bank user and there is a section where the payee account number is requested. I entered my BAN account number for KOODO MOBILE is that right?

Account Number or Customer number

ADD : I don't know about "BA " number... But if you are not sure about your Account / Customer number, call customer service from your phone.
