what's the difference b/w the $39 plan and the $40 plan. it seems like the $39 is better except for the overage rate on data

you pretty much nailed it.. the $39 plan is in place due to competition from the little doggy brand. if/when they drop this promo, you can expect koodo to do the same..

The $40 also has free evenings and weekend beginning at 5pm instead of 6pm

I'd pretty much say it's a no brainer... grab the $39 offer while you can - I don't think this promotion will last :D

Kind of sad that nobody is willing to believe their own eyes anymore. "The $39 plan is better across the board, but the $40 plan is a dollar more so I must be missing something." Too many companies throwing in hidden fees, I guess.
