whats the quickest way to get this company to acknowledge this mess

late paying my acct but pd the full amy but phone was not reconnected. slow at this typing cant remember phone id etc

You'll have to call Koodo tomorrow at 1-866-995-6636 and report your payment in order to have your lines reactivated immediately. It's not an automatic thing done by the system once a payment is made.

If Koodo automatically reconnected every lapsed customer, people who just want out would complain about needless gouging and profiteering.

Yes, like Ahmad said it's not instant(Unless paid by Credit Card at a Koodo store).

If you paid through online banking, it can take 3-5 business days for the payment to be posted on your account.

But!

You can give Koodo Customer Service a call and, if you gave them a confirmation number from the payment, you can have your service re-activated immediately.

And even when you pay by credit card, usually you still need to call customer service to activate the service right away.
