Your plans are a joke. I haven't checked prices on plans in years.. These are just sad. I doubt you'll ever match what Wind is offering?

They will never match wind because they offer different coverage. It's like comparing apples to oranges

More or less the same reason why tropicana doesnt price match a lemonade stand.
You are getting a much more reliable service with Koodo.
Once wind has a network that is actually functional, Koodo will compete in price.
As it stands, wind is not very good and isn't even considered real competition.

Lloyd.
No you can't.

Ivan, Their network is like eating soup with a fork. Is it possible? Yeah sure. Does it work well enough for me to be able to call it functional, Not really.
In my opinion at least.

Wind was recently bought by Shaw communication. We will soon see a new major competitor which will the lead to price drops of plans etc etc

Don't hold your breath for big price drops. Once Shaw figures out how much they will have to spend to beef up the Wind infrastructure to make it competitive nationally, they may adjust pricing, but not necessarily in the direction you might like.

Matthew, if you don't think Shaw will increase prices once the sale is complete, you're kidding yourself lol

The chairman of SHaw even said he will jack the price to be in line with the major carriers. I posted the video of it when I did the Shaw Buys Wind thread. https://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/shaw-buys-wind-for-1-6-billion-chance-for-koodo-to-st...

Unfortunately Koodo only match their price with FIDO and VIRGIN because they are similar in nature and their services are almost at the same level. I think, maybe, Chatr, Wind and Public Mobile will do price match with each other.
