Tried to call customer service, but the line was too busy and it suggested that I call again later. =/
The phone reads "No Service" so I can't use it to call another cell to find the number either.
I checked under the pone's settings (it's an iPhone 4S) and the number is listed as "unknown".
I cannot download the Self-Serve app at this time.
The link to activate my SIM card online doesn't seem to be working.
