what number do I call if I disagree with bill

I received my ebill yesterday and it says I did not pay the Mar instalment; however the print out I have indicates I paid on March 14th. IS there a number I can call to talk to Koodoo representative.

Sure, you can call 1-866-995-6636 and select option 5 for customer service.

But before you call, did you make that payment at the Bank? It takes 3 to 5 business days for Koodo to receive that money. Also weekends don't count.

What could happen is the payment went through on the March 14th date, but shortly after a bill came out dated in march. It is a common thing that happens for payments vs bill dates
