I got a $1 charge for Picture Messaging - Sounds. I have the Data plan for Blackberry (100MB) and I have not exceeded my limit. What is this charge?

That would be some sort of sound clip sent from your phone which is not covered for the message unless you have unlimited messaging as a feature. The data used for that, since it is a sound clip, is covered within the 100mb

Not too sure. Can you take a look ar your detailed billing/e-bill which you can access through Self Serve? You may want to email Koodo Customer Service because it's difficult for the community to help with account based issues because we aren't allowed to look into that or share personal information.

:P my response would be the reason behind it. I've seen it on bills before when people call in about it. Most likely, she does not have the unlimtied messaging or did not have it for that period the sound clip was sent.
