I had to change my plan halfway through the month and previously I had the 20$ mnth free incoming unlimited text 50 anytime minutes... but my phone broke and i had to buy a new one and since they no longer offered this plan I had to switch to the $30 mnth, unlimited text, 100 anytime minutes.... so the incoming calls i had before the plan switched I got charged for even though they should have been free and now my bill this month is $200 I dont live anywhere near a koodo help kiosk so who can I call I cant find a help number to actually speak with a representative. That is so not fair!

Click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page for multiple ways to contact Koodo.

You might have to escalate as the frontline agents would not be able to put you back on the previous plan. Based on the scenerio, I would hope a credit of some kind is given but at the same time, you should be aware of what the allowance is on the plan you have now.

Knowing you changed plans, the details were there to show you what this current plan has.

Given the $20 price you mentioned, Koodo has never had a plan of that cost with unlimited incoming calls.

I can't really add too much to what's been suggested or advice given, but just to let you know, there's retailers who deal with Koodo too. Mobile Shop (inside of Loblaws, Zehrs, etc.) or Best Buy/FS. Whereabouts do you live?

Now that I reread the OP, either commas are missing or the plan did not have unlimited incoming calls but did have unlimited incoming texts...can someone help clarify?

Neither of those plans ever included unlimited incoming. Plans $40 have always included in the unlimited incoming. Unsure of what OP is referring to.

Unless she's talking about the unlimited incoming calls add-on for $10. That add-on hadn't been offered for some time. It's possible the system forced the change, but I'm not 100% sure without seeing the account. Only way to find that out for sure would be to call.

I just checked the help files and the unlimited incoming calls add on is still available, still $10.
