What is "additional local airtime" mean? and how could I have used $35 worth? I need to talk to someone.

Hi Donna - additional local airtime means you went over your included daytime minutes. If you wish to talk to someone in Koodo about this, dial *611, then select option 5 to get through to a Customer Support person.

Your Bill detail will tell you that, login to yourselfserve, click billing, open PDF file if you didn't receive paper bill, any dispute call *611 X5, try changing to dubble plan minutes.

Ya I would like to know how I can go over 234.50 dollars worth with UNLIMITED canada wide plan. Every month theres something wrong with my bill. Fing crooks. Look at your bills people
