What happened to my base plan?

Activated my new pre-paid phone and it shows online that my base plan has expired. It came with $20 activation bonus and I added a $25 card. I picked the $35 base plan and 100 min booster. It shows 10 balance and no booster added. That is fine, but what happened to my base plan? Also not connecting to the local 3G but is finding them. Can anyone tell me what this is all about?
