At the top right corner where it usually says how much service i have it says "SOS" and I cannot message anyone. Also whenever I unlock it it says , "SIM card is invalid and needs to be unlocked". I do not know/have the password for it to be unlocked. Lastly at the top middle where it usually says "koodo" it says "invalid SIM card", my warranty was just up a couple weeks ago and if you could help in anyways that would be great, thanks.

Usually when your phone is saying Invalid SIM Card, you have a phone that has been locked to a carrier other then Koodo.

What you might want to do is check to see if there is a way to actually unlock your phone if that is the case.

If your phone was originally from Koodo, then you might want to bring your phone to your local Koodo store and see about getting a replacement SIM to see if that will fix your issue.

"Invalid sim " indicates that your phone is locked with your carrier . Whats your mobile manufacturer and model ? To unlock your phone from carrier lock, use unlock code to unlock it . You can get it from any of the online vendors like http://www.theunlockspot.com/supporte... to unlock it .
