What can the account manager do?

How do you add a manager to an account? What can the manager do? Can I give them basically full rights and be able to go to Koodo in person and switch to and buy a new phone and plan or does the owner have to be there for that?

Account manager is for self-serve can can only make changes in self-serve like change plan, add-ons, phone number, etc. There is no level of authorization that allows someone, besides the account, to upgrade the account (get a new phone). You can call Koodo and add an authorized user to the account that has the ability to change the plan, add-ons, phone number, etc in person or over the phone. But the owner has to be the one to do upgrades.
