So when I was playing guitar my phone slipped and cracked. Now when i charge my phone it is constantly gurgling and hissing. I know it's the phone cause I tried the charger on my sister's and it works beautifully. I'm very concerned because i can't afford a new phone. What's the deal. I'm ticked off because I only had the phone 5 months. Please help!!!

I mean. You dropped it. You can send it in but it most likely won't be covered under warranty due to you dropping it.
Other than contacting the manufacturer to get it repaired i don't have any other suggestions.

When you look at it, its kind of like owning a car, if you break it or have an accident, you need to pay to repair it, unless you have insurance....then you pay less.

Sorry, but it looks like suck it up and buy a cheapie phone till the budget improves. Warranty doesn't apply, you didn't buy accident insurance and you're too far out to be covered by any credit card replacement policy. Rice crispie sounds probably meens it's not a simple repair, though it won't hurt to get an estimate.

PS: If you buy a used temp. phone for cash, you can continue to pay off the outstanding tab on the original schedule without penalty. You can also throttle down your plan (within your current tab category) in the meantime without any penalty.

Little help for your broken phone but you should use a case to help ensure it doesn't break if it slips as well as a tempered glass screen protector if it doesn't have a curved screen

If it's any consolation, secondhand phones should be a lot more convenient now that Canadian providers are required to unlock them free of charge.

People these days are literally expecting a company to pay for their mistakes that’s hilarious

Why not? The new generation can't do anything wrong. It's always someone else's fault. There wasn't a warning not to try playing guitar while holding your phone? Omg!!
