Hi Steve,

You need a Drivers License or Passport (Government Issued Photo ID, Health Cards don't work).

If you are setting up a new account or setting up a new Tab you will aslo be asked for a credit card number or social insurance number for the credit check.

Minimum 1 of these 3: drivers license or equivalent provincial ID, Canadian credit card, or SIN for the check.

Photo ID is also mandatory. The DL fortunately doubles as photo ID, but if you don't have it, then you will also need either passport, citizenship, or permanent residency, or Indian status.

Any combo of the minimum 3 + any of the photo IDs will work.

Is a health card usable? It's my only form of photo identification

Which province do you live in? Many have provincial ID cards in lieu of drivers licenses that you can use.
