i can't find reference of an acceptable usage policy. As i need to work from home on occasion which involves making several phone calls ans attending voice conference, i want to confirm what is the actual number of minutes included in the unlimited canada wide plans. Typically, other service providers have 'limits' to their 'unlimited' plans. Can someone points me to where i can find the information?

Hello Mart.

I've never heard an limit to the number of minutes you can talk. Heard no one complain about that on the community. So my guess is that there's no limit

With an unlimited plan you get 99,999 minutes per month. That's about 69 days of 24 hour usage. Rest assured, you won't run out. Although individual calls might be terminated by the network of they continue for a ridiculously long time. (there have been people who kept individual calls going for over 24 hours).

I usually get cut off after the two hour mark. Then you just redial. Can't say if that's for Koodo though as my other party is usually on another network.
