What is happening with the android update? I cannot make a payment.

An error 25 keeps coming up when I try to make an online payment.
I had specific payment arrangments that were suppose to be met on certain dates. I have tried the last few days multiple times to make my online payment but it still wont work.

I also have attempted to call but wait time is outrageous and out of a bit of frustration do not want to rely on your "call back feature".

We discovered an error Erik and working on a fix. It will be available with the next release in about a couple of weeks. Just curious, since you called, was there any reason why you didn't opt for the automated payment option. Our reps do not take credit card payment calls anymore due new privacy regulations. Dial #123 from your phone and pick option 3 for payment. Or even better use our mobile website it has far more features than our app ever will.

When yo call from your phone either dialling 611 or the #123 as I suggested, you will hear a number option to choose from. One of them is to make a payment. It will ask for your credit card number the amount you want to pay and you are done!
