It's how many minutes you talk for. I'm a little confused by you saying charging for airtime history. They charge for what you sue that's chargeable. What plan do you have? I'm guessing it's not unlimited minutes and so you're talking about daytime minutes? Can you please give more details?

@Aisha, you are on a $28 plan with 100 minutes included in it. You also have evening (starting at 5pm) and weekend minutes at no additional costs. Last month you had 31 minutes over and above your 100 minutes and outside of the free periods. At fifty cents a minute that's $15.50. You can stop incurring these additional charges by simply taking advantage of the free periods.

Aisha,
The incoming minutes were counted toward the airtime, they are not free though. So you would have to limit that or choose an better plan that allows more minutes.

Your plan's minutes include both outgoing and incoming calls, meaning incoming calls count against the 100 too.

Incoming calls are in your history because you are charged for them (or they are deducted from your minutes bank). Having all your calls listed allows you to see where your expenses are, and if a business, claim those as a business expense.

On self serve when you look at Usage, are you over your 100 minutes?
