I've just noticed that for the last 2 months, my two koodo account have been paying an "Airtime" charge, which is not explained. Koodo has charged me 62 dollars, please help. Both plans have unlimited minutes. I haven't made any international calls.

Have you change your plan from limitted minutes plan to unlimited minutes plan?
What plan do you have?

I don't follow. If you have an issue, can you please start a new thread? There is no context for what you said.

When you look at your a call details Juan you will see both lines have placed calls to the US in the month. One more than the other.  Also, one line has exceeded it's data bucket.

Could you create a new thread further describing your problem?

What plan do you have? If you have a plan with limited minutes, then your minutes will be deducted when you received calls.

You can change your provider. But, it will be same if you don't get a plan with unlimited talk.

If it's not a case, please create your own question as Allan suggested
