$28 plan includes 100 min Local only, after 5pm and weekends you have free calls but still only local, includes unlimited text messages Canada Wide, No Data, International text messages. + what always includes (call display, call waiting, conference, Voicemail, etc.)

There ́s an update and the $28 plan includes 100mins but now they are CANADA WIDE it used to be local with the price of $25 but now is $28 100 canada wide minutes

You don't have to pay for it if you cancel it. "Have to" is a strong word. You opted-in to a plan that gives you some talk time and global SMS, and allows you to subsidize a phone on a small tab.

Do you want to cancel your service? Then, you have to call in.

Or if you want to get/upgrade to different plan, then you can do it through self serve.
