What if I am seeing a negative number on my Total Amount Due and I don't see a due date, what does that mean?

Got a total amount due of P -1,797.00 and a running unbilled charge of P -1,752.93. Does this mean I have to pay the latter on top of the amount due?

Hi Ruth,

If the number is negative, then it means that you do now owe Koodo anything and the negative amount is a credit to you.

I'm curious as to why a customer would have a seventeen hundred dollar credit on their account?  I know I could think of many uses for that amount added to my bank account. Were I Ruth, I would be looking for a transfer of that amount from Koodo to me.

I also have a negative amount, except mine is for two lines! - $90 on one and -$240 on the other, I don't understand how Koodo can keep suspending my service if THEY owe ME over $300?!

Where are you seeing the negative balance? If you see -$90 under tab balance than you owe that to Koodo. If you see -$90 under account balance then you have that as a "credit" on your account.
